Questions, bug reports, feature ideas — we read every message and usually reply within a day or two.
Common questions
- A barcode won't scan or comes up empty
- Pantry looks items up in the Open Food Facts database. Some products aren't in it yet — you can still add the item by typing its name. If a scan fails repeatedly, send us the barcode and we'll take a look.
- A recipe isn't matching my ingredients
- Matching is based on the ingredient names you've saved. Try renaming an item to a simpler, more common term (e.g. "tomato" instead of a brand name). If it still won't match, email us the recipe and ingredients and we'll dig in.
- How do I manage my subscription?
- Pantry Pro is billed through the App Store. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions to change or cancel anytime.
- How do I delete my data?
- You can clear your pantry and recipes from within the app. To request full deletion of any account data, email us and we'll take care of it.
